Do you carry out the makeover or renovation?
No. My service is a One-Off Property Transformation Consultation, followed by an Insight Summary. I don’t carry out the building or renovation work, project manage it or provide a team of tradespeople. I bring the vision to life by showing you what you could do, and you decide what you’d like to do with the ideas.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before we meet?
Not at all! You might have a list of questions, one room that’s bothering you or simply a feeling that your property could work better. We’ll walk through it together and explore the possibilities.
Can we look at just one room?
Absolutely. We can focus on one room, a few specific areas or the whole property. The consultation is about what you’d most like help with.
Can you help if I’m thinking about buying a property?
Yes. We can walk through the property and discuss its potential, possible changes and ideas you might want to consider before making your decision.
Can you help me prepare my home for sale?
Yes. We can explore practical ideas for presenting your property at its best and discuss where you might want to focus your time and money.
What happens after the consultation?
You’ll receive an Insight Summary of the ideas we discuss. After that, it’s entirely up to you. You can explore the suggestions in your own time, make changes when you’re ready or simply keep the ideas for the future.
Am I committing to a bigger project?
Not at all. This is a One-Off Consultation, with no obligation to engage me for anything further. There are no expensive design packages or expectations to continue beyond the consultation and Insight Summary.
